|Wood apples||4 Large|
|Sugar||To Taste (As Needed)|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1-2 Limes)|
Break open fruit.
Lightly oil your hands and remove all seeds and stringy part of fruit.
Mash fruit and weigh.
Weigh an equal amount of sugar.
Pass fruit through a sieve, adding a little water to facilitate straining.
Mix puree with water and sugar.
Cook till thick.
Add lime juice and salt.
Cool, bottle and store in refrigerator.
Excellent for a weak stomach.
