Spinach Salad With Oriental Dressing

  Spinach 10 Ounce, washed, trimmed and dried
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 , cut into thin strips
  Sliced water chestnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon, toasted
  Soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), pressed
  Fresh ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon, finely chopped with food chopper
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste

Combine spinach, tomatoes, red pepper and water chestnuts in a salad bowl.
In 1-Quart Batter Bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, sesame seeds, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper.
Beat with Mini-Whipper until combined.
Pour over salad, toss and serve.
