|Full cream milk||1 Liter|
|Cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Condensed milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Blanched peeled whole almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Sliced pista||2 Tablespoon (Optional)|
|Tukmaria seeds||3 Tablespoon, soaked in a little water for half an hour|
|Rose water||2 Tablespoon|
Cook cornflour in one cup water till thick and transparent.
Pass mixture through a colander onto a bowl of ice and cold water to form small noodles.
Boil milk and cool.
Add all ingredients except ice cream and chill.
Mix well before serving.
Pour into glasses and add a dollop of ice cream.
