Hummus With Pita Triangles And Crudites

Ingredients
  Cooked garbanzo beans/Canned garbanzo beans 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Parsley sprigs 1
  Whole wheat pita pockets 4 , cut into triangles (1 Package)
  Assorted cut up vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Broccoli, Zucchini Strips, Radishes, Red And Green Bell Pepper Slices)
Directions

In a food processor or blender, puree the garbanzos with the garlic, lemon juice, and cayenne until smooth.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Garnish with a sprig of parsley and a sprinkle of cayenne.
Spread on pita triangles and serve with crudites.
