Hummus With Pita Triangles And Crudites
|Cooked garbanzo beans/Canned garbanzo beans||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm)|
|Lemon juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Whole wheat pita pockets||4 , cut into triangles (1 Package)|
|Assorted cut up vegetables||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Broccoli, Zucchini Strips, Radishes, Red And Green Bell Pepper Slices)|
In a food processor or blender, puree the garbanzos with the garlic, lemon juice, and cayenne until smooth.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Garnish with a sprig of parsley and a sprinkle of cayenne.
Spread on pita triangles and serve with crudites.
