|Whole wheat flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Semolina||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
Mix all ingredients together except oil, adding water if needed to make a stiff dough.
Knead well and roll out into a long sausage.
Cut off pieces about a quarter of an inch thick and roll out into circles about 3-4 inches in diameter.
Prick with a fork so that it does not puff up while frying.
Shallow or deep fry and drain.
Cool to room temperature.
Serve with malido.
