Ingredients
  Onion 6 , finely chopped
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), minced
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Toasted sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients and use to marinate beef or ribs.
