Satay With Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
  Pork fillet 12 Ounce (350 Gram)
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sunflower oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , grated
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Water 5 Tablespoon
  Crunchy peanut butter 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut the pork fillet into small dice and thread 3 or 4 pieces on one end of wooden cocktail sticks.
Cook under a preheated hot grill for 1 minute on each side or until cooked through.
Drain on kitchen paper and keep warm.
Blend the chilli powder and water together to make a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion, garlic and chilli paste and fry gently until the onion is soft.
Add the remaining ingredients, stirring well to combine.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Serve the satay warm with the peanut sauce.
