Pork Bundle Kabobs

Ingredients
  Lean boneless pork 3⁄4 Pound, cut 1 inch thick
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Grated ginger root 1 Teaspoon
  Frozen asparagus spears 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Carrots 2 Medium, cut into 3-inch sticks
Directions

Partially freeze meat.
Cut on the bias into 3-inch strips.
For marinade, combine orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, and ginger-root.
Place meat in a plastic bag, then set in a bowl.
Pour marinade over meat and close bag.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally.
Cook each vegetable separately in a small amount of water about 5 minutes or till crisp-tender.
Drain and cool slightly.
Cut asparagus in half crosswise.
Drain meat, reserving marinade.
For each bundle, wrap a meat strip around one or two asparagus pieces and one carrot stick.
Repeat with remaining meat and vegetables.
Thread bundles, ladder fashion, on two parallel skewers.
Brush with reserved marinade.
Grill over medium coals for 4 minutes.
Turn and grill for 3 to 4 minutes more or till done, brushing with marinade.
