Easy Oriental Chicken Wraps
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon (Rapeseed)|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Mushrooms||10 Large, finely chopped|
|Lean minced chicken||450 Gram|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Tinned water chestnuts||70 Gram, chopped|
|Reduced salt soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Oyster sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Add the oil to a large heated pan and cook the onion and mushrooms for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chicken and garlic and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring continuously.
Once the chicken is cooked add the sesame seeds, sesame oil, water chestnuts, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Stir and cook for a further minute so that the ingredients caramelise and all the flavours blend.
Remove several leaves from the radicchio and fill each one with some of the chicken mix and serve.
