Easy Oriental Soup
|Canned chicken broth||29 Ounce (Two 14 1/2 Ounce Cans)|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green onions||2 , sliced|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground red pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fine noodles||1 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
In a medium saucepan combine chicken broth, mushrooms, green onions, garlic powder, and ground red pepper. Bring to boiling.
Break noodles slightly and add to the boiling broth mixture. Reduce heat. Simmer soup, uncovered, about 5 minutes or till noodles and mushrooms are tender. Ladle into 4 small soup bowls.
