Ingredients
  Pork 340 Gram
  Liver 115 Gram
  Onion 30 Gram
  Red chilies 5 Gram
  Peppercorns To Taste
  Cumin 1 Pinch
  Ginger 10 Gram
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tamarind 15 Gram
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 30 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 15 Milliliter
Directions

1. Boil pork and liver separately. Cut into cubes.
2. Mince the onion, chop ginger and garlic, grind red chillies, peppercorns, cumin, and turmeric to a fine paste.
3. Heat oil, fry onion. Add fresh spices and fry.
4. Add ground spices. Fry well. Add pork and liver.
5. Put in vinegar, tamarind juice, salt, sugar and garam masala and cook till meat is tender, adding a little water if necessary. Set aside for a couple of days before serving.
