Vegetable Kebabs

Ingredients
For marinade
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary 1 Pinch
  Cumin 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
For kebabs
  Button mushrooms 4
  Red pepper/Green pepper 1 , cut into squares
  White onions 4 Small
  Cherry tomatoes 4
  Eggplant 1⁄2 , cut into 1 inch cubes
  Firm ripe bananas 1 , cut into chunks
  Tofu cake 1 , cut into 3/4 inch cubes (Firm)
  Spinach leaves 4 , made into 3/4 inch thick rolls
  Cauliflower florets 4
  Apple 1 , cut into cubes
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

To make the marinade, place all the ingredients in a jar and shake well.
Arrange a selection of vegetables or fruit on skewers so that the cooking time of each is approximately the same.
Brush over with the marinade and grill on a barbecue.
Garnish with parsley.
