|Garam masala||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dried rosemary||1 Pinch|
|Sesame oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
|Red pepper/Green pepper||1 , cut into squares|
|White onions||4 Small|
|Eggplant||1⁄2 , cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Firm ripe bananas||1 , cut into chunks|
|Tofu cake||1 , cut into 3/4 inch cubes (Firm)|
|Spinach leaves||4 , made into 3/4 inch thick rolls|
|Apple||1 , cut into cubes|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
To make the marinade, place all the ingredients in a jar and shake well.
Arrange a selection of vegetables or fruit on skewers so that the cooking time of each is approximately the same.
Brush over with the marinade and grill on a barbecue.
Garnish with parsley.
