Ingredients
  Boneless pork 2 Pound, cut into large cubes
  Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Diluted If Desired)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Peppercorns 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frying chicken 3 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 2 inch pieces and chop through bone
  Lard 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Coconut milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine pork, vinegar, garlic, pepper, and bay leaf.
Add 1 cup water, cover, and cook slowly for 1 hour.
Add chicken and cook for 30 minutes longer, adding more water as it becomes necessary.
When pork and chicken are tender, remove pieces from liquid and fry in lard until brown.
Return to liquid, add Coconut Milk and salt to taste, and simmer for 5 minutes.
