|Unsalted butter||4 Ounce (100 Gram, 1 Stick)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter, 2/3 Cup)|
|Lemon||1 , rind grated and juiced|
|Oranges||2 , rind grated|
|Orange slices||4 (For Garnish)|
Melt butter in a large frying pan, and add all other ingredients.
Place a crepe in the pan, and soak both sides in sauce.
Fold it in half and in half again, to make a triangle.
Push it to one side of the pan, and continue in this way with all the crepes.
Sprinkle with sugar, and garnish with orange slices.
Just before serving, heat a little more Cointreau in a ladle.
Set it alight, and pour over the crepes.
