Oriental Meat Balls With Rice

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sliced cooked celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Artificial sweetener/To equal 2 teaspoons sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked enriched rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 (For Garnish)
Directions

Preheat broiler.
Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl; blend well.
Form into 16 equal balls.
Place on rack in broiler pan.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat source, 5 to 7 minutes until brown; turn and brown other side.
Place meatballs in saucepan.
Combine celery, orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, and sweetener in blender container.
Process until smooth.
Pour over meatballs.
Heat and serve over rice.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
Divide evenly.
