Low Fat Hummus

Ingredients
  Canned chickpeas 450 Gram (1 Can)
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Plain low fat yogurt/Fromage frais 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Empty the chickpeas into a sieve and rinse through, then drain.
Put all the ingredients, except for the olive oil, in a blender and mix to a smooth paste.
Add a little oil on top of the finished dish to taste if desired.
