Ingredients
  Mince meat 500 Gram
  Cloves 5
  Red chilies 3
  Peppercorns 10
  Cardamom 1 Large
  Salt To Taste
  Fat 30 Gram
Directions

1. Grind together meat, spices and salt.
2. Take small amounts of meat and roll them sausage fashion.
3. Lay these gently side by side in a wide shallow pan.
4. Put on a slow fire and cover pan with a lid for a few minutes.
5. Pour melted fat over the kababs carefully and fry until they are a nice brown.
