Sweet N Sour Stir Fry
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Thinly sliced carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Snow peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green bell pepper||1 Small, cut in to chunks|
|Tomato||1 Medium, cut into wedges|
|Sliced water chestnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into halves|
|French dressing||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Wish Bone Sweet N Spicy)|
|Packed brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
In medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook carrots, snow peas and bell pepper, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Add tomato, water chestnuts, cucumber and Sweet 'n Spicy French Dressing blended with brown sugar and soy sauce.
Simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Top with sesame seeds, if desired.
