Pish Pash

Ingredients
  Chicken breast/1 1/4 kilogram chicken, jointed 1 Kilogram, breast cut into pieces
  Rice 2 Cup (32 tbs), washed and drained
  Onions 3 , sliced
  Ginger piece 3 Inch
  Cinnamon piece 2 Inch
  Cloves 8
  Cardamoms 8
  Black peppercorns 1 Tablespoon
  Potatoes 500 Gram, peeled and quartered
  Water 1 1⁄2 Liter
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Place all ingredients except rice, potatoes, butter, milk and lime juice in a large pan and bring to boil.
Simmer till meat is three-quarters done and add rice and potatoes.
Continue cooking till meat and potatoes are tender, removing scum.
Add milk, butter and lime juice to taste.
Serve in soup plates, if you are lucky enough to own some in this day of soup bowls! An excellent dish to serve children and people convalescing from illness.
