Gingered Ham Kabobs

Ingredients
  Green pepper 1 Large, cut into 16 cubes (11/2 Inch)
  Fully cooked ham 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 32 cubes (1 Inch Pieces)
  Canned chunk pineapple 5 1⁄4 Ounce (1/8 Cup Juice Reserved, 1 Can)
  Canned sweet potatoes 23 Ounce, cut into 16 chunks, 1 1/2 inch (1 Can)
  Spiced whole crab apples 16 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Pineapple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Place green pepper in small bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High 1 to 2 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
In a 2-cup measure combine glaze ingredients. Microwave at High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until mixture boils.
Set aside.
Arrange kabobs on 8 skewers.
Place on roasting rack or baking sheet.
Baste with half of glaze.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High 6 to 7 minutes, or until hot, rotating after half the time.
