Prawns Biryani

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, long thin slices
  Tomato 1 Large, long thin slices
  Garlic 3
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Green chillies 4
  Cardamom 1
  Cinnamon 2
  Cloves 2
  Coconut milk 45 Milliliter (1 small glass)
  Salt To Taste
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon (For garnish)
  Red chilli powder 1 Pinch
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 (For Grinding)
  Ginger 1 Inch (For Grinding)
  Green chillies 4 (For Grinding)
  Water 1 Tablespoon (Adjust the quantity of water as needed - For Grinding)
Directions

First wash Rice and drain it aside.
Take a Cooker pour Oil when it is Hot,
Add Cardmom,Cinnamon,Cloves and fry for a sec.
Now put Onion and fry till golden brown.
Then add the Grinded paste and fry till raw smell goes and oil seprates.
Now add Tomatoes and fry till smooth.
Add washed Prawns,Salt,Pinch,Redchillipd and mix well.
Then add Coconut Milk,Rice and stir for sec.
Allow Bubbles to come.
Taste it and close the cooked lid.
Switch it off when 1 whistle comes and transfer to a serving bowl.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander and ready to eat .
