Tropic Isle Appetizer
|Unsweetened pineapple juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chilled|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled|
|Aromatic bitters||2 Drop|
|Ginger ale||7 Ounce, chilled (1 Bottle, About 1 Cup)|
|Pineapple sherbet||1⁄2 Pint|
Combine chilled pineapple juice and orange juice; add aromatic bitters.
Divide among 4 chilled glasses.
Tip each glass and pour ginger ale down side to fill.
Top each serving with a scoop of pineapple sherbet.
If desired, thread fresh fruit (strawberries, melon balls) on glass straws for kabob stirrers.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
