Thai Jasmine Rice

Ingredients
  Jasmine rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chicken broth/Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Rinse the rice thoroughly in cool water until the water is clear.
In large ovenproof saucepan, combine the broth or water and rice and bring to a boil.
Cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid or aluminum foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed.
Let sit for 5 minutes and fluff with a fork before serving.
