|Vegetable oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bay leaves||3 , crumbled|
|Wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), crushed|
|Chuck steak||6 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes|
|Large mushrooms||1 Pound (Fresh)|
|White onions||9 Medium, quartered|
|Green peppers||6 Large, cut into sixths|
|Cherry tomatoes||1 Pint|
In a bowl, stir together first 6 ingredients to make marinade.
Place steak cubes in a large, shallow pan.
Pour marinade over steak; stir to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours; stir occasionally.
Oil 12 long skewers.
Skewer meat alternately with vegetables, beginning and ending with meat.
Broil or grill for a total of 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.
Brush with marinade while cooking.
