Oriental Surprise Salad
|Frozen peas||24 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)|
|Canned shrimp/Lobster / crab||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Finely chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||To Taste|
|Unsalted cashews||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned chow mein noodles||5 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Lettuce leaves||4 (For Garnish)|
Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl and toss well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Add cashews and noodles and toss again.
