Oriental Surprise Salad

Ingredients
  Frozen peas 24 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)
  Canned shrimp/Lobster / crab 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Finely chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Unsalted cashews 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned chow mein noodles 5 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Lettuce leaves 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl and toss well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Add cashews and noodles and toss again.
