Easy Pineapple Sherbet
|Pineapple||1 Medium (ripe)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Prepare pineapple container according to directions and set aside.
In medium saucepan combine diced pineapple, water, and lemonjuice.
Cook about 5 minutes.
Place in food processor or blender container and process, in 2 batches if necessary, until smooth.
Place in freezer container.
Freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer and beat until fluffy.
Spoon into pineapple shell and freeze until ready to serve.
