Cucumber Hummus Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients
For hummus
  Yellow onion 1 Small, sliced
  English cucumber 1⁄2 , peeled, halved, seeded and sliced
  Canned chickpeas 15 1⁄2 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)
  Garlic clove 1 Large
  Tahini 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced to make 3 tablespoons
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
For pizza
  8 inch flour tortillas 4 (Whole Wheat Variety)
  English cucumber 1⁄2 , thinly sliced into rounds
  Plum tomatoes 4 , seeded and diced
Directions

To make the hummus: In a blender or food processor, combine the onion, cucumber, chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, and salt.
Process for 3 minutes, or until smooth.
To make the pizza: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Coat both sides of the tortillas with olive-oil cooking spray.
Place the tortillas on baking sheets, working in batches if necessary, and bake for 8 minutes, or until the tortillas are lightly browned and crisped on each side.
Evenly divide the hummus among the tortillas.
Top with the cucumber and tomatoes.
