|Chopped candied ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic clove||1 Small, pressed|
|Sirloin steak||1 Pound, cubed, 1 inch thick|
|Pineapple||1 , cut into 1-inch cubes|
|Stuffed green olives||24 Small|
In a bowl, stir together soy sauce, ginger, sugar, and garlic.
Add steak cubes; stir to coat with marinade.
Marinate, covered, overnight in refrigerator.
The next day, drain steak.
Skewer steak cubes and pineapple chunks on small picks.
Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes; turn.
Broil 3 minutes longer.
Add an olive to each pick; serve hot.
