Hot Cabanossi Kebabs

Ingredients
  Cabanossi 375 Gram
  Green peppers 2
  Pineapple 450 Gram, sliced (canned)
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Ginger wine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut cabanossi, peppers and drained pineapple into 1cm pieces.
Place onto bamboo skewers.
Bake in moderate oven 10 minutes brushing often with combined soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and ginger wine.
