Traditional Buffalo Wings And Asian Chicken Wings

Football season in upon us and nothing goes better with a game and a beer than some Buffalo Wings. You'll love this recipe. Also, try my Sweet and Spicy Asian-Style Chicken Wings for a nice alternative to the American version.
Ingredients
For recipe 1
  Orange zest 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated fresh ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sesame oil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mirin 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crushed red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped cilantro 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 2 Teaspoon
For second recipe
  Chicken wings 5 Pound
  Melted butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hot sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Frank'S)
  Garlic sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crumbled bleu cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 3 Tablespoon (For Thining, Or As Necessary)
Directions

Recipe 1
For the chicken wings:
Take a pan and heat the peanut oil heated to 375 degrees. Fry the chicken wings in batches(for about 8 minutes each).
For the Asian sweet and spicy sauce:
Take a pan and add orange juice, pineapple juice, ginger, garlic powder, green onions, ¼ tsp sesame oil, mirin, soy sauce, sugar, pepper flakes. Stir occasionally. Boil for 18-20 minutes.

Recipe 2
For the buffalo wings sauce
Take a pan and add the butter, Frank’s hot sauce, garlic powder and sugar. Stir to combine. Heat until ready to serve.

For blue cheese dressing:
Mix all the ingredients and serve with the buffalo wings.

I loved your presentation and your recipes for the buffalo wings. We have a Husker football game this Saturday (Playing Colorado next week....tee hee...go big red!) We love wings and now I will try your recipes for my family and friends. Thanks for sharing!

Never tried wings at home, but would really love to give it a shot. Was looking for an Asian recipe and a Polynesian. Also, like the fryer. Make model? Great job!
