Ingredients
  Bengal gram 115 Gram
  Rice flour 30 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Onion 50 Gram
  Green chilies 4
  Cashewnuts 30 Gram
  Soda bicarbonate 1 Pinch
  Fat 1 Teaspoon
  Frying oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

1. Chop onion, chillies and curry leaves. Add salt and soda bicarbonate and mix well.
2. Mix together gram and rice flours. Add melted fat.
3. Add all the ingredients and mix to a thick batter adding enough water.
4. Heat the oil. Pour spoonsful of the batter into the hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.
5. Drain on paper and serve hot.
