|Gingelly seeds||100 Gram|
|Fat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
1. Sieve refined flour and add salt. Rub in the fat to breadcrumbs consistency. Add sufficient water to make a dough.
2. Roll and cut into rounds. Fill with prepared filling. Fold them over to make half a circle and press the edges firmly.
3. Fry in hot fat or bake.
1. Mix sugar and grated coconut with half a cup of water and leave it till sugar is dissolved.
2. Mix well and cook. Add roasted gingelly seeds. Take it off the fire and let it cool.
