Sweet 'N' Sour Porkies
|Ground cooked ham||1 Pound|
|Ground pork||1⁄2 Pound|
|Soft bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Instant minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
In large mixing bowl mix together ham, pork, crumbs, water, egg, celery, green pepper, onion, mustard and pepper.
Shape mixture into 4 individual patties and place in 8-in square dish.
Score tops of patties and place 2 or 3 whole cloves in top of each.
Stir together sugar, mustard and vinegar.
Pour evenly over patties.
Cover dish with wax paper.
Microwave at High (10) 14 to 16 Minutes.
