Ingredients
  Refined flour 225 Gram
  Sugar 115 Gram
  Fat 30 Gram
  Water 30 Milliliter
  Curds 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cardamoms 2
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

1. Sieve flour with salt.
2. Rub in fat.
3. Dissolve sugar in water.
4. Add to flour with curds and more water if necessary to make a stiff dough.
5. Roll out to 0.5 cm. (1/8") thickness.
6. Cut into long strips and then cut into diamonds.
7. Fry in deep fat on slow fire till light brown. Sprinkle with crushed cardamoms.
