Oriental Shrimp And Pork Filling

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Molasses 1 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped cooked pork/Beef 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned shrimp 4 1⁄2 Ounce, rinsed, drained, and chopped (1 Can)
Directions

Blend soy sauce into the cornstarch; stir in water and molasses.
Set aside.
Heat wok over high heat; add oil.
Stir-fry garlic for 30 seconds.
Add pork or beef, cabbage, and carrot; stir-fry 3 minutes.
Stir in shrimp.
Stir soy sauce mixture; stir into wok.
Cook and stir 1 minute, Cool slightly before using.
