Korean Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Unhulled sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tamari soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Cayenne 1 Pinch
  Fresh spinach 1 Pound, washed, drained and coarsely chopped
  Celery stalks 4 , sliced on the diagonal, 1/2 inch wide
  Green onions 4 , thinly sliced (Including Tops)
Directions

Combine first five ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Add spinach, celery and green onions and toss well.
Refrigerate for 1 1/4 hours before serving.
