Kebabs of Pork and Rosemary
|Lean pork||1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed (750 Gram)|
|Fresh rosemary sprigs||4|
|Seasoned pepper||To Taste|
In a bowl combine vinegar, oil, rosemary, salt and seasoned pepper and mix well.
Add pork and baste, then set aside in a cool place to marinate for 2 1/2-3 hours, basting occasionally.
Remove meat and drain, but reserve marinade.
Thread pork cubes on to metal skewers and cook over hot coals for 25-30 minutes, turning often.
Baste with marinade 3 or 4 times during cooking.
