Occidental Oriental Spareribs
|Canned hoisin sauce||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Barbecue sauce||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Not Hickory Flavored)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Spareribs rack||1 , cut into bite size pieces|
Combine sauces and lemon juice.
Place ribs in 9 x 13-inch baking dish or shallow roasting pan and pour marinade over.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring once or twice.
Bake, uncovered, at 350°F until meat is done, about 1 hour (time will depend on size of ribs).
