|Boneless chicken breast fillet||4 , cut into 3/4 inch cubes|
|Green beans||8 Ounce, cut into 1 inch pieces (250 Grams)|
|Lemon juice||2 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Cup Or 60 Milliliter)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Turmeric powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Water||4 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Cup Or 125 Milliliter)|
1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan, add chicken (a) and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until chicken browns. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
2. Add beans to pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice, soy sauce (b), sugar, turmeric and water, bring to the boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until sauce reduces and thickens slightly. Return chicken to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes longer (c) or until chicken is cooked through.
