Wok Tabbouleh With Sausage

Ingredients
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bulgur wheat 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Green onions 2 Small, thinly sliced
  Snipped mint/1 teaspoon dried mint, crushed 1 Tablespoon
  Polish sausage 1 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  Snipped parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 Medium, chopped
  Tomato 1 Large, chopped
Directions

In a small saucepan bring water to boiling.
Add bulgur and reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Drain well.
For dressing, in a small mixing bowl stir together the cooking oil, lemon juice, and pepper.
Set aside.
Preheat a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add cooking oil.
Stir-fry garlic, green onions, and mint for 30 seconds.
Add sausage and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or till heated through.
Stir in bulgur, parsley, and cucumber.
Drizzle with dressing and heat about 1 minute or till heated through.
Remove wok from heat.
Add tomato and toss to mix.
