Oriental Vegetable Mix
|Shredded cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Bean sprouts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diagonally sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Drained canned water chestnuts||4 Ounce, sliced|
|Finely chopped scallion||2 Ounce|
|Chicken bouillon||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon, dissolved in 1 tablespoon water|
In a large skillet cook first 5 ingredients 3 minutes.
Add bouillon and simmer, stirring often, until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Stir in soy sauce and mustard if desired.
