Oriental Vegetable Mix

Ingredients
  Shredded cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bean sprouts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diagonally sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Drained canned water chestnuts 4 Ounce, sliced
  Finely chopped scallion 2 Ounce
  Chicken bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon, dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
Directions

In a large skillet cook first 5 ingredients 3 minutes.
Add bouillon and simmer, stirring often, until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Stir in soy sauce and mustard if desired.
Divide evenly.
