|Cooked meat||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Chicken, Shrimp, Beef Or Pork)|
|Canned mixed chinese vegetables||1 Pound, drained (1 Can)|
|Beaten eggs||5 Small|
Combine meat, vegetables, eggs and salt.
Spoon 1/4 cup at a time into hot oil.
When bottom is cooked, turn gently and cook until set.
