Ingredients
  Cooked meat 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Chicken, Shrimp, Beef Or Pork)
  Canned mixed chinese vegetables 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Beaten eggs 5 Small
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine meat, vegetables, eggs and salt.
Spoon 1/4 cup at a time into hot oil.
When bottom is cooked, turn gently and cook until set.
