Chicken And Basil Turkish Pizza

Ingredients
  Bottled tomato pasta sauce 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (600 Milliliter)
  Turkish pide loaf 1 Large (Use A Long One)
  Firmly packed fresh basil leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked chicken 300 Gram, shredded (2 Cup)
  Feta cheese 200 Gram, crumbled
  Coarsely grated parmesan cheese 40 Gram (1/4 Cup)
  Grated mozzarella cheese 50 Gram
Directions

Pour sauce into medium pan.
Bring to boil; simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until thickened slightly.
Meanwhile, halve pide widthways; slice through each half horizontally.
Shred half of the basil.
Place pide pieces, cut-side up, on unoiled oven tray.
Spread sauce over pide; sprinkle with the shredded basil, chicken, feta and combined grated cheeses.
Bake, uncovered, in very hot oven about 15 minutes or until cheeses melt and brown lightly.
Serve sprinkled with remaining basil leaves.
