Lebanese Salad

Ingredients
  Chopped parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Scallions 4 , finely sliced
  Cherry tomatoes/3 small tomatoes, chopped 12 , quartered
  Toasted wheat germ 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cooked chickpeas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Peanut oil/Soy oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tamari/Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all salad ingredients in a salad bowl.
Mix together dressing ingredients. Pour over salad. Toss and serve.
