Tilapia Fish Ball

Fishball is one of the most popular street foods in the Philippines. You will see vendors with rolling cart selling this almost everywhere. It’s relatively cheap and tasty that’s why most people like it.
Ingredients
  Tilapia fillets 3
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Minced garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Chopped onion 1 Medium
  Minced green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Shredded carrots 3 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Just Enough To Soak The Fish)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
Directions

A.Layer the fish in a pan
B.Season it with salt and pepper
C.Put just enough water to cover the fish
D.Boil the fish until the water disappear
E.Crush the boiled fish
F.Mix in all the ingredients until the mixture is kind of sticking together
G.Add some salt and pepper to taste
H.Roll into ball
I.Deep fry until golden brown
J.Serve with any sauce that you want.
