Stir Fried Mixed Vermicelli Noodles
|Minced garlic||2 Tablespoon, divided|
|Minced onion||4 Tablespoon, divided|
|Chinese sausage||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Pork bouillon cube||2|
|Cooked shredded chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chicken stock||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Snow peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vermicelli noodles||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Oyster sauce||4 Tablespoon, divided|
|Cooking oil||4 Tablespoon, divided|
Heat some cooking oil.
Sauté half of the garlic.
Add half of the onion.
Add the pork and let it cook.
Add the shrimp and cook till it’s done.
Add pork bullion and let it melt.
Add the Chinese sausage.
Add the cooked shredded chicken.
Season it with some ground black pepper.
Add the shredded carrots. Let it cook.
Add the snow peas. Let it gets half cooked.
Add the cabbage.
Season it with oyster sauce.
Set the mixture aside.
Heat some more cooking oil.
Sauté the rest of the garlic and onion.
Add the chicken stock.
Season it with pork bullion.
Add some more oyster sauce.
Add some black pepper.
Stir it all up and let it boil.
Add the vermicelli noodles. Let it absorb all the liquid.
Add some of the vegetable mixture.
