Beef Shish Kabob

Ingredients
  Filet mignon 10 Ounce, cut into cubes
  Dry red wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green onion tops 1 Tablespoon
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Cherry tomatoes 8
  Mushrooms 8
  Green pepper 1 Small, cut into 8 squares
Directions

Combine wine, water, onion tops, ground pepper, and oregano.
Marinate the filet mignon cubes in this mixture for 1 1/2 hours.
Skewer filet mignon, tomatoes, mushrooms, and green pepper alternately on kabob sticks.
Broil very quickly to desired doneness.
Baste the kabobs with the marinade while broiling.
