Beef Shish Kabob
|Filet mignon||10 Ounce, cut into cubes|
|Dry red wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green onion tops||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
|Green pepper||1 Small, cut into 8 squares|
Combine wine, water, onion tops, ground pepper, and oregano.
Marinate the filet mignon cubes in this mixture for 1 1/2 hours.
Skewer filet mignon, tomatoes, mushrooms, and green pepper alternately on kabob sticks.
Broil very quickly to desired doneness.
Baste the kabobs with the marinade while broiling.
