Green And Yellow Kabobs

Ingredients
  Cucumber 3 Medium
  Yellow squash 3 Medium
  Bottled italian salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Trim ends of the cucumbers and squash, but do not pare. Cut each into 1-inch-thick slices.
2. Thread, alternating the cucumber and squash slices, through skin onto long skewers; brush with Italian dressing.
3. Grill over hot coals, turning and brushing often with sauce, 20 minutes, or until tender and glazed.
