Chicken And Vegetable Satay

Ingredients
  Chicken breast 1⁄2 Pound, kin removed, cut in 3/4 inch cubes (225 Gram)
  Salt-reduced soy sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1 Medium, quartered
  Red pepper 1⁄4 , cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  Button mushrooms 8
  Orange juice 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
Directions

1 Combine chicken with soy sauce and let marinate 15 minutes. Thread chicken, onion, red pepper and mushrooms onto satay sticks. Place on a sheet of foil and brush with orange juice.
2 Broil under medium heat until chicken is white. Baste with orange juice frequently to prevent drying out. Serve with brown rice.
