Pineapple Peach Sherbet

Ingredients
  Peach 1 Medium, peeled and quartered
  Canned pineapple slice 2 (With 2 Tablespoons Juice, No Sugar Added)
  Juice 2 Tablespoon (No Sugar Added)
  Plain unflavored yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raspberry extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender container.
Process until smooth.
Place in freezer container and freeze until firm, about 20 minutes.
Remove from freezer and beat with a rotary beater.
Refreeze until icy.
Divide evenly into 2 sherbet glasses.
