Pineapple Peach Sherbet
|Peach||1 Medium, peeled and quartered|
|Canned pineapple slice||2 (With 2 Tablespoons Juice, No Sugar Added)|
|Juice||2 Tablespoon (No Sugar Added)|
|Plain unflavored yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raspberry extract||1 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients in blender container.
Process until smooth.
Place in freezer container and freeze until firm, about 20 minutes.
Remove from freezer and beat with a rotary beater.
Refreeze until icy.
Divide evenly into 2 sherbet glasses.
